New Business Sales Executive – Technical Managed Services – Southampton

Salary:
£20000 - 25000 per annum + benefits

Job Summary:
The role will work to develop new leads and gather usable intelligence on prospective customers, arrange appointments and conduct face-to-face meetings to present solutions and define actions with prospects and work with various departments to construct appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements.
The role will work to develop and support new relationships with customers beyond the delivery of the initial solution in order to maximise profitability and strengthen associations in order to achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
The post holder will be required to achieve metrics for new business contacts and appointments, and attend regular meetings to share performance and discuss highlights, strategy and issues. The role will grow to become an integral part of the organisation and promote the business and its products at every opportunity.

Required Skills:
Candidates will have a good working background and be able to demonstrate a flair and aptitude for sales. This may have come from direct experience in the sales arena but we are also keen to talk to people who believe they have the right attributes and determination to succeed demonstrating an innovative approach with a customer-centric attitude and
strong business acumen. The successful candidates will be expected to make an immediate positive impact and will be provided with all the tools necessary to achieve in this new role’
