Southampton Science Park Newsletter, Spring 2011.

For the University of Southampton Science Park, 2011 promises to be an exciting year with several new initiatives coming to fruition. The unveiling of a new corporate identity for the Science Park has set the tone for the year ahead, reflecting the professionalism, innovation and dynamism which are at the heart of the Park’s ethos. The inspiration for  he logo itself is drawn from a cluster of optical fibres, which reflect the optoelectronics heritage of the Science Park over the last quarter of a century. Many of the Park’s most successful technology businesses can trace their origins to the University of Southampton’s Optoelectronics Research Centre, one of the world’s leading institutes for photonics research.
