Refurbished Office Space

Phase II of the science park was designed in the 1990's by the award-winning architect Sir Edward Cullinan. His aim was to create a group of buildings, in keeping with the parkland setting of the grounds.

Epsilon House is one of these buildings, and unlike the rest of Phase II, it has always been used for multi-occupancy. The planned refurbishment of Epsilon's public areas and improvement of the internal layout of the building has just been completed.

In addition to full redecorating and re-carpeting, a seating area has been created at the entrance, with new furniture and decorative plants. This is used by tenants as a leisure area and by visitors as a waiting area. New post boxes have also been installed and the communal kitchen refitted.

In line with Southampton Science Park's green transport policy, a shower room and changing area has been incorporated for the first time to accommodate the needs of cyclists who commute to work.

This popular building, close to some of the larger companies on site, such as Siemens, Northrop Grumman and Sensor Dynamics, is an ideal location for companies requiring space in the region of 500 to 2000 sq ft.
