HW Corporate Finance
is an independent corporate finance advisory business with offices
nationwide. The South East office, based at the Southampton Science
Park is a team of nine led by two partners, Charles Whelan and
Richard Hall. Our specialist advisory services include strategic
advice, finance raising, disposals and acquisitions, management buy
outs, mergers, valuations and due diligence. HW Corporate Finance
are specialists in strategy and business planning, feasibility
studies, project appraisals, reviews and project management.

South East has recently acquired four new staff prompting a move
from the Business Incubator at Venture Road to spacious new offices
in the Science Park's recently constructed Kenneth Dibben House.
There are plans to recruit a further three staff over the coming
months to complement the existing team both in Southampton and in
our London office.
Last year alone saw HW Corporate Finance advise on over GBP200 million
of deals, winning contracts for disposals in excess of GBP25 million
and other high value transactions including an AiM market flotation
for a Hong Kong based client and an acquisition package for an
Israeli quoted consultancy business. This year has also started
well, winning assignments with a total value of c.GBP50 million.
Alongside commercial fundraising, HW Corporate Finance will once
again be supporting their chosen charity, Sail 4 Cancer, which is
dedicated to raising funds for cancer treatment, care and research,
through high profile sailing events. It also provides moral support
through offering opportunities for cancer patients and their
families to get involved in sailing.
