Benham Campus: Self-build Opportunities

The installation of infrastructure into Benham Campus has begun. In addition to the road, we are putting in an emergency access route, gas, water, dual-routed electricity and dual-routed telecoms. As we go to press, the infrastructure project is approximately half completed. We are in negotiations with several significant enquirers.
