Richard is a partner and solicitor at Paris Smith LLP specialising in advising owner-managed businesses. He advises at all stages of the business life cycle, from initial incorporation through to eventual sale. This includes providing advice when shareholders or investors join or exit, share option schemes as employee incentives and legal matters during sale, acquisition or reorganisation.

Richard has been practising law since graduating in 2000 from the University of Southampton with a 1st class degree.
