Meeting Room Hire in Southampton
There’s nothing like a face to face meeting. But there’s no need to invest in renting meeting space within your office suite when you can book a meeting room on an hourly or daily basis to suit your needs.
Southampton Science Park offers nine meeting rooms for hire, suitable for hosting meetings of all sizes, from 2 to 20 delegates. All are available to organisations located both within and outside of the Science Park and are bookable online for Monday - Friday events. Please contact us to discuss weekend meeting venue hire. Technology-enabled, our meeting rooms in Southampton are equipped as standard with hard-wired and WiFi internet access. The majority of the meeting rooms have built-in projectors and screens and a wireless ClickShare system enabling delegates to share materials quickly and easily. Naturally, there are flip charts and pens too if you want to go old school. Catering, portable projectors, web cams and digital conference phones are available as optional extras.
