The Innovation Centre is opened combining the previous Chilworth Business Incubator and The Annex.


The first phase of Benham Campus is completed.


The first Lattes coffee shop is opened.


The Club at Chilworth Manor is opened to support the Science Park and local community wellbeing.


Kenneth Dibben House is completed, providing high quality office and laboratory space.


Following the success of the first incubator, a second extension is opened.


A specially-designed business incubator is built to house new and fast growing companies and is opened by Lord Sainsbury.


University spin-out Fibercore is granted a long ground lease to construct bespoke offices and laboratories.


Merck is granted a long ground lease to construct a UK Head Office and research centre.


Phase II of the Science Park is completed, responding to demand - 9 acres, 6 buildings on Enterprise Road, 86,000 sq ft.


A major satellite broadcaster is granted a long ground lease for the construction of several buildings, advanced satellite communications and control dishes.


Southampton Science Park is officially opened by HRH The Duke of Kent.


The first 8,000 sq ft building of Phase I is completed and let to a single tenant.


Phase I of the Science Park is planned - 3 buildings on Venture Road totalling 41,000 sq ft.
