IP and business basics: getting your house in order and understanding your IP rights prior to funding. Join our breakfast session with Blake Morgan on Thursday 20 April, 8:30 - 10:00, in Meeting Room 6, Kenneth Dibben House.

In this first breakfast session legal experts from Blake Morgan will advise on good governance, covering the various trading vehicles available and shareholders agreements, and provide an overview of key IP rights, outlining some top tips and common issues.
