We’re delighted to continue our series of interactive online sessions with experts in 2021. Recruitment at any level, in any business, is a time-consuming process. It can also be costly and disruptive to business operations if not dealt with in a timely and efficient way. Add global financial uncertainties, a fast-moving political context and a burgeoning talent pool into the mix, and the simple joy of growing your team takes on whole new levels of complexity and frustration.

This Lunch & Learn session is focused on helping business leaders navigate their way through the specific challenges they may face in the year ahead. It will guide attendees on appropriate strategies to recruit and retain talented, productive people in a quite unique set of circumstances.
