Our speaker for this event is Zachary Proffitt, a solicitor in BDB Pitmans’ commercial team. Experienced in a wide variety of contractual matters across public and private sectors, Zachary’s work includes framework agreements for the supply of goods and services, online terms and conditions, sponsorships and non-disclosure agreements.
Zachary will explain the five fundamentals of what constitutes a contract before revealing the truth behind the six most common contract myths. He will share recent experiences when advising some of his clients and the potential consequences that these negotiations could have on the businesses.
