SO Social Yoga

Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. Using movement and breath we can anchor ourselves in the present moment, enhancing wellbeing by relieving stress and anxiety, whilst also improving our flexibility, stability, mobility and strength.

We all know that fitting exercise into your busy day can be challenging at times. Our lunchtime wellbeing clubs allow professionals to fit in crucial movement during the day. 

Previous experience and those new to yoga are all welcome! Come and join our fun and supportive Yoga group.

When: every Tuesday 

Time: 13:00 start, until 13:45

Place: 2 Venture Road, first floor, North. Unit F4

Tickets are £7 per person, per session. 

Please bring your own yoga mat to the session.
