Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. Using movement and breath we can anchor ourselves in the present moment, enhancing wellbeing by relieving stress and anxiety, whilst also improving our flexibility, stability, mobility and strength.
Previous experience and new to yoga are all welcome! Come and join a fun and supportive group.
