Over the past 15 months, our mental health, and that of our employees, has been challenged to new levels. Many struggle to understand how to improve mental wellbeing but this will be critical to business recovery as more people return to their place of work this June.

This free, one-hour session will help us all to tune in to our mental health, highlighting how we have evolved from the past, recognise the changes in the present, and ensure we are prepared for the future.

It will cover important questions including:
- What is mental health?
- How does our mental health change?
- How has the pandemic impacted all of our mental health?
- What are the signs and behaviours of those who are struggling?
- How can we build a culture of openness, support and care for our employees?
- The importance of self-care and recovery.

Our speaker for this event is Matthew Holman, who has over 25 years’ experience in a wide range of senior and Executive Leadership roles for corporates across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA. Now, with his company Simpila, he is committed to helping people who are struggling with the demands of the world by enhancing awareness, education and support for mental health across companies and society. He is the publisher of Happiful Magazine, has a podcast, Matt Holman Talks Mental Health, in which amazing humans share their mental health journeys, and has delivered a TedX talk on being a #24HourHuman.

This online event is free for any business manager to attend. Matthew’s presentation will be followed by an interactive question and answer session. Simply register here for joining instructions.
