Southampton Science Park is thrilled to be recognised as Commercial Landlord of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards 2022.

Over 350 developers, agents, planners, consultants, property lawyers and dealmakers came out in force at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl to enjoy the fifth annual South Coast Property Awards on 29^th September, ably supported by host comedian and broadcaster, Marcus Brigstocke. 

Peter Laurie, Senior Adviser at The Business Magazine which organised the awards, said: “The last 18 months have been like no other for the property sector, businesses operating in both the commercial and residential property sectors have had to be agile in seeking new opportunities and these awards recognise their outstanding efforts.”
