A Message from the CEO

As we close out another successful year, I wanted to share some personal news. After fifteen incredible years helping to shape Southampton Science Park’s evolution, I have decided to retire from my role as CEO in 2026.

It has been an immense privilege to witness our community thrive and to see so many remarkable innovations take root here, helping the Park to grow and to become widely recognised as one of the country’s leading science and technology hubs.

While I look forward to spending more time on my musical and travel interests, I will leave extremely confident that the seeds my team and I have sown will ensure that Southampton Science Park continues to flourish.

Thank you to all the colleagues, collaborators and connections who have been part of this journey over the years and have made it such an inspiring and enjoyable time.  I wish you all a happy and peaceful festive break.
