Boosting automotive sales

Southampton Science Park company Trackback is successfully growing its global reach. The automotive IT organisation announced that it is to work with Ford, Mazda and Volvo, expanding its operations across Europe – and it has its sights on cracking the USA too.

The company’s unique technology supports automotive sales globally by revealing if and when dealers follow up the sales leads generated by the manufacturers. Currently, 26 major vehicle brands are using TrackBack across 20 countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa, with reporting provided in 16 different languages. Six million leads have been tracked to date. The company was awarded two Queens Awards for Enterprise earlier this year.
