Growing retail relevance

Fresh Relevance is the latest company to move into Southampton Science Park’s newest office accommodation, Benham 5. Creating the foundations for its next phase of growth, the business has doubled its office space to over 2,200 sq ft with this strategic and well timed move.

Founded in 2013, Fresh Relevance’s mission is ‘to inspire and empower marketers to do great things that drive sales and life time value by blending marketing creativity with technology, data and automation’. The company works with many household name clients to deliver an effective personalisation platform for digital marketers to engage customers with contextually relevant content through email, web, mobile and social channels using behavioural and transactional data in real-time.

Fresh Relevance has experienced spectacular growth since arriving at the Science Park as a start-up, having announced substantial incoming investment, new branding and accolades. Its CEO and Co-Founder, Mike Austin, was last year named in SETsquared’s list of the Top 50 Entrepreneurs.
