Season of Goodwill
Thank you to everyone across the Science Park who supported Southampton City Council’s Christmas Toy Appeal 2023.
On Wednesday 13th December, Colin McPherson from the Council’s social services team collected a staggering 250 gifts from our reception area to begin the process of distributing them to vulnerable children across our city.
Lucinda Lamont, Business Development Manager, said, “The Science Park has partnered with Southampton City Council for this initiative for several years and it’s truly a wonderful thing to be involved in. It’s clear that our residents think so too: we didn’t think it would be possible but, once again, our generous community donated a record number of gifts and I’m confident that each and every one of these will be well received. Thank you once again to everyone who supported this programme of support for our local children.”
