Infinity Labs is for science and technology businesses that need wet laboratory space, either on its own or alongside office space for the rest of their team.

That might mean an early-stage business taking on its first dedicated lab. An established R&D team that has outgrown its existing facilities. A company ready to bring more of its research or testing in-house. Or a growing business that needs its scientists, technical teams and office-based colleagues together in one place.

And, despite the name, labs aren't compulsory. Infinity Labs also provides office space for science and technology businesses that don't need laboratory facilities but do want to be based within the Science Park community.

If that change creates a need for your own laboratory, Infinity Labs offers fully fitted wet laboratory space where required, alongside serviced space available for bespoke laboratory fit-outs. The building has been designed to support CL1 and CL2 laboratory activity. 

So if bringing more activity in-house is on your roadmap, finding the right environment may be part of making that possible.
