Wessex Academic Health Science Network (WAHSN) is to host a national event at Southampton Science Park’s Axis Conference Centre this autumn. ‘Bridging the Gap 4: South Coast’ will take place on Wednesday 2nd October and is designed to assist innovators in health care in gaining access to the NHS. Registrations are now open via Eventbrite.
Bridging the Gap 4: South Coast, aims to help health-tech companies understand who NHS decision makers are and what they are looking for to drive better patient outcomes. Areas that will be covered include how to navigate the NHS, gather evidence in digital health, scale-up and build collaborations.
Delegates will have the opportunity to consult commercial directors across the AHSN Network through 1:1s, hear expert presentations, participate in workshops and network with supporting organisations, key NHS stakeholders and other like-minded innovators.
WAHSN is keen to work with SMEs and innovators in developing healthcare products and access routes to market. Having outgrown its previous office space, the organisation relocated within Southampton Science Park to facilitate more collaborative, flexible and efficient working.
