We are pleased to welcome Emissions Analytics to the Engineering Centre following a strategic relocation.

Emissions Analytics is a leading independent testing and data specialist, working with the global motor industry to reduce emissions through robust tailpipe, tyre, fuel and pollution data testing, and consultancy services. The company was founded in 2011 by CEO Nick Molden, an acknowledged international expert in the field, also co-founder of the AIR Alliance, an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Imperial College London, and co-author of ‘Critical Mass: The One Thing You Need to Know About Green Cars’.

On the decision to relocate his team from its previous base, Nick said, “We wanted to move out of our Oxford headquarters and consolidate all our UK operations into one location.

“Our challenge was to find premises that sit somewhere between an automotive workshop and a scientific laboratory. This is because our work often involves working with instrumentation attached to car tailpipes, fuel systems, tyres or interiors to record data in real-time or for later laboratory analysis.

After visiting Southampton Science Park specifically to view a laboratory, we very quickly realised that the high quality accommodation on offer here would meet all of our needs. A workshop unit within the Engineering Centre with roller door vehicle access, together with separate open-plan office space offered us the ideal combination of facilities. From that point on, the Science Park management team has been extremely supportive and flexible in accommodating us to layout and equip our new spaces to precise specifications.
